great access to landmarks and charming parks near the city center

We loved how close we were to the fine Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and a beautiful park where we relaxed between our city strolls, making our experience even more special as we wandered through Florence's picturesque streets.

Very good service and courteous staff. Breakfast was sufficient and good.

Unfortunately, the breakfast room is very small. Not enough space.

I had a wonderful stay! The breakfast spread was fantastic, especially the fresh honey from the comb. The bathroom was spacious, just what I needed. Overall, a cozy choice for a family getaway.

The hotel is very clean , good location very close to a very nice park , 10 mins walk from train Station and center so we walked everywhere, very good value for money , lovely Florence

The breakfast needs a bit more bakeries , the girl in the front desk is very rude .. Other than this nothing..

The location was quite good. You can walk to the city and public transport is nearby.

The breakfast room was very poorly furnished and the breakfast consisted partly of packed rusks, no bread or bread rolls. The room was very small and dark.

Comfortable Stay with Helpful Staff

Really enjoyed my time here! The warm mint-infused water in the lobby was a lovely touch after exploring the city. The room had a charming terrace to unwind in the evenings. Just be cautious with navigation, as the streets can be tricky to navigate at night.

Good base from which to explore the city centre and its many attractions.

Quite happy with stay and have no complaints.

A very good hotel, very clean, with very large rooms for a hotel in its range. Parking is also available. For 12 € they let us keep the car inside the parking lot until late evening after we checked out. The noise insulation is very good, the double bed is huge. air conditioning fabulous. It is 15-20 min. walk from the center. A pleasant walk though.

A little overpriced, parking cannot accomodate more than 15 cars at the most. There is a possibility of scratching the car. The breakfast is poor, Italian type, there are no eggs, only one type of ham and cheese, at least they serve very good espresso.

Good Breakfast Kind staff Cleanliness

The room was super spacious, bright, and came with air conditioning that worked like a charm. Plus, the tram stop near the hotel made getting around easy!

The breakfast buffet offered a solid selection, especially with freshly baked croissants and locally sourced jams. Proximity to the tram station made getting into the city center easy.

The air conditioning struggled to maintain a consistent temperature. I found a few worn spots on the bedroom furniture that felt a bit dated. Navigating the one-way streets to the hotel was a challenge, particularly after dark.

Impeccably clean hotel in a peaceful and secure location with magnificent views to a green garden. Early check-in and late check-out, competent staff. A nice size room, had a splendid stay for 2 nights. Brilliant food, generous breakfast.
